There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. There are two designated parking bays adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has good wheelchair access. The car park is level with a rising ramp to the front doors. If the automatic doors are set to manual during poor weath conditions please ring the bell for assistance. We have female and male disabled toilets in the waiting room area. We allow assistance guide dogs into the premises. For those patients who may have communication, reading or writing difficulties, please advise the receptionist on duty who will make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs during your visit, future appointments can be text directly to your phone if necessary.
Induction Loop
For those patient hard of hearing we have an induction mobile induction loop on the front reception desk.
