Rapid Health Automated Response Issue

If you recently sent an online medical request to the practice through our Rapid Health Link, but did not get an email to confirm that we received it, please call us if you still need help as we did not receive your message.

This does not affect you if:
• You were able to book an appointment
• You sent an admin request or question
• You got an immediate email response.

PLEASE NOTE: The system will always send you an email to confirm your Rapid Health request has been received. If you don’t receive that email, please take action to send another request (after checking your junk mail folder).
