Please be aware that we will not email you for your COVID vaccination appointment. Our texts/letters will be from the surgery. Please do not give out your details, we have your details here at the surgery, we do not need to ask for them. Please remember the vaccine is also free. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.
