Please be aware that on occasions our clinics are cancelled due last minute changes of vaccine arrivals. This is out of the surgeries control. You will receive an SMS message informing you that your appointment has been cancelled. You will be able to re book once a new date has been confirmed. Please use the same link you used to book originally. Please do not call the surgery. We are unable to book you in as we use the same link as patients.
We have now began contacting our patients in the high risk aged 16-65 years. All patients with mobile numbers on record have been text a link to book in to our clinic. If you have not had an SMS we will call you over the next few weeks as more clinics are added. There is a very large amount of patients to contact so please bare with us in the busy time. Our phone lines are already very busy so please do not call the surgery about vaccinations. Some patients will be lettered due to their contact numbers being out of date. It may be that we have sent you and SMS but we hold an old number for you.
