We have now contacted our at risk patients aged 16-65 years. We are still waiting on a large number of patients to respond to our text message invites.
All patients with mobile numbers were uploaded to the booking site and text a link to book in to the clinic. If you believe your contact number to be out of date as you have not received your invite, please contact the surgery after 11am when our lines are less busy. We will have to manually invite you and update your details on our system.
If you are aged 16-17 and at risk please be aware that we will contact you when a suitable vaccine is available via letter.
Please be aware that on occasions our clinics are cancelled due last minute changes of vaccine arrivals. This is out of the surgeries control. You will receive an SMS message informing you that your appointment has been cancelled. You will be able to re book once a new date has been confirmed.
We are now looking into vaccine arrival dates for our next cohort. Please update your contact details as soon as possible so that we can upload them to the booking system. If your number is wrong we will not be aware and you will not receive your vaccination invite.
