Annual GP Practice Survey (GPAQ – General Practice Assessment Questionnaire)
Every year the patient participation group run an annual patient survey in the waiting area. This is analysed externally and reported back to the Practice. As a Practice we use a number of surveys to obtain feedback from our patients, this is an essential tool providing the Practice with information to assist in changing and improving our services to our patient population. The results of recent surveys are shown below.

Friends & Family Survey
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how. We conduct a monthly Friends and Family survey in the waiting room. Can we please ask our patients to complete these quick surveys and post in the yellow box provided. The results are collected and reported in the waiting area. The patient participation group review these results as part of their quarterly meetings to assist the Practice in reviewing and auctioning the feedback
