Old Mill Surgery

To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment or book on-line if you have already registered.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and on Saturday and Sunday mornings at our GP Extended Hours Hub based at Chancery Lane Surgery, Chapel End, Nuneaton. Please ask the receptionist if you require an appointment outside of our usual opening times. You may be offered this service if we have difficulties booking an appointment during our usual opening times.

This surgery offers appointments to see a GP or Nurse in the evening or at weekends.

Nuneaton Hub extended hours service

Patients can request a routine appointment at reception and choose to be seen in our Extended Access hub in Nuneaton. If patients need to cancel the extended access appointment at Chancery Lane you can call 02476 682486 to cancel when we are closed.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Important information

There is no telephone access during extended hours and only patients with pre-booked appointments can attend during extended hours.

All patients please report to the desk upon arrival – otherwise the Doctor will not know you are waiting and could lead to you waiting longer than necessary.

We also offer call back appointments which are added to the end of the doctors appointments, these are for enquiries/concerns regarding previous appointments. These do not replace face-to-face consultations and a doctor may still ask you to make an appointment if necessary.

Home visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen. We will not visit patients due to transport problems.

Cancelling appointments

You can cancel an appointment online but please do allow us time to offer the appointment to another patient.
