The POD have created a new service available for practices in Warwickshire North. This is an online call back request service and is simple to use. Patient’s can do this by simply going to www.warwickshirenorthccg.nhs.uk and click on the link for Prescription Ordering Direct Service located on the home page. This will load a short form to complete that requests the call back. A member of the POD team will then contact you to take your request.
If the call back request is received before 2pm patients will receive a telephone call the same day. Anything after 2pm you may not be contacted until the following working day. Therefore a call back requested on Friday after 2pm may not be handled until the following Monday. However, the POD will endeavor to action requests on the same day requested where possible.
