To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment or book on-line if you have already registered.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Nuneaton Hub extended hours service
Extended hours telephone appointments are available Monday to Friday between 18.30pm and 21.30pm, and face to face appointments with a Nurse or GP are available Saturday mornings at Red Roofs Surgery, Nuneaton. Please ask the receptionist if you require an appointment outside of our usual opening times. You may be offered this service if we have difficulties booking an appointment during our usual opening times. Cancellation requests for both Weekday and Saturday extended hours appointments can only be processed during our surgery opening hours by contacting the reception team on 02476382554.
Important information
There is no telephone access during extended hours and only patients with pre-booked appointments can attend during extended hours.
We also offer call back appointments which are added to the end of the doctors appointments, these are for enquiries/concerns regarding previous appointments. These do not replace face-to-face consultations and a doctor may still ask you to make an appointment if necessary.
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am. Home visits take up much more of a doctor?s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen. We will not visit patients due to transport problems.
Cancelling appointments
You can cancel an appointment online but please do allow us time to offer the appointment to another patient. Appointments can also be cancelled by contacting us during our opening hours on 02476382554.
