Following the very sad death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a period of National mourning has commenced with the Government declaring Monday 19th September, the date of the state funeral, a Bank Holiday.
Due to the nature of this event, the Practice will be closed on the 19th September. We will re-open as usual on Tuesday 20th September. Please call 111 if you require medical assistance or 999 if you have an emergency.
