Patient Partner Service – POD Replacement

Due to the closure of the POD Prescription ordering service, we have launched the Patient Partner service as a menu option on our phone system. Patients require a 6 digit pin code before being able to access this service. If you haven’t received a code, or a text asking you to set a new pin code, and wish to use the service, please contact us and we can arrange you to be onboarded onto the service and a code be generated.

In the meantime, patients are advised to sign up for the NHS app if possible, as the most convenient way for you to interact with your medical record and repeat prescription ordering. More information regarding this can be found in the link below.
