The data for booster vaccines are extracted from our clinical system by NHS England. If you are in an at risk group ,when it is your risk groups turn to be invited you will receive an invite from them. We cannot book vaccinations here at the surgery. We no longer run the facility at the Abbey Gate. We do not have access to appointments. 119 have been advising patients to call GPs. This information is being misinterpreted. If you are at risk you will be able to book when your risk group has been invited by NHS England through 119. They have recently sent out the immunosuppressed risk group. They will move on to each group as the clinics are made available. You will then be able to book. 119 are informing patients to call us if the patient thinks they are eligible but are not in a clinical risk group. In most cases the patients are eligible but there group has not been invited yet.
