Every month we display our failed attendance rates in reception. This creates a significant amount of wasted resources in the system making it difficult for patients who genuienely need an appointment. This has an impact on costs and waiting times. Please ensure you contact the practice and cancel appointments if you are unable to attend – appointments can be offered to other patients. We are now writing to patients that do not attend appointments and have not informed us in advance, we will remove patients that are recurrently failing to attend from out list.
