The surgery are aware of comments being reported over social media. The practice takes all concerns seriously and would request any dissatisfied patients to contact the surgery directly so that any issues can be addressed. Whilst we agree social media comments can be beneficial in monitoring our services, some of the comments may be unjustified and misleading. Posts that are malicious in nature, racist or using discriminatory language are clearly unacceptable and we will make contact with social media sites to discuss the content of the comments further.
We have always have always maintained a good relationship with our patients and encourage you to contact the practice manager to discuss any issues that you may have with our service.
