Towards the end of March 2015 the Practice will be offering On-line access to patient records.
We are due to have this service available soon, our computer supplier is required to have this service available for patients to access before 1st April 2015 they have advised the Practice that this is planned for March 2015. This may help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can even access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment o holiday. If you decide to join this service please ask the receptionist to give you an information leaflet and registration form, we will require ID verification.
