We are now registered with the Care Quality Commission, they are the independent regulator of health and social care services in England. They make sure that the standard of care we deliver meets government standards. They will inspect the Practice to check if standards are being met or not, and ask people about their experiences of care, talk to our staff and check that we have the right systems and processes in place.
