We have a “smiley face campaign” in the waiting area which the PPG have introduced, please use the survey system to let us have your views regarding our service. The results are published on the News Page and in the waiting room. Alternatively you can email your comments to bpeacock@nhs.net, or contact the chair of your Patient Participation Group Mr Jeff Higgs (information is posted on the NEWS page) who will feedback your comments to the Patient Group meeting and to the Practice.
